Depending on your unique order, we use both Australia Post & Sendle - Australian-based companies that provide courier services locally and internationally.

All our orders are sent using 100% biodegradable, compostable satchels 🌱

Our “green” satchels are:

• Waterproof
• A little stretchy
• Tough and durable
• Tear resistant
• Edible (for worms, not humans!)

Returns

For health & safety reasons we are unable to refund this product unless the product is deemed faulty. Please email us with a photograph of the fault before returning the product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and sealed in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@themasqueco.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Although our products are made from a 4 way stretch fabric, they are not to be pulled or tugged at vertically along the midline where the fabric is seamlessly fused together. This is structurally the most delicate point and is mistreated in this way (including not gently washing as per the care instructions) there is a heightened risk of cracking or tearing. This will not be deemed a product fault, but simply misuse.
